Nyavx is hiring a Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. Recruiter roles typically involve finding candidates through multiple sourcing channels, evaluating profiles, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment or staffing and be comfortable handling sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up activities. This role is suited for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple open positions, and maintain strong communication with both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
· Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely scheduling and follow-up.
· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Update hiring trackers, ATS records, and recruitment reports accurately.
· Support offer rollout, salary discussion, and joining follow-up when needed.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Required Qualifications
· 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
· Good understanding of sourcing methods, resume screening, and interview coordination.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines effectively.
· Basic knowledge of ATS tools, Excel, and recruitment reporting is preferred.
