- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and resolve conflicts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.
- Experience in managing workflows, incident, problem, and change management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage within ServiceNow environments.
