Role Overview
The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of facility management operations, ensuring efficient functioning of building systems, compliance with safety standards, and cost-effective service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, and leadership to maintain high-quality facilities services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
- Develop and implement facility management programs (preventive maintenance, life-cycle planning).
- Manpower & Vendor Management
- Plan and allocate manpower for various facility services.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain standards.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor budgets for facility operations.
- Review utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Project Management
- Oversee renovation, repair, and construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and operational activities.
- Prepare reports for senior management on performance and cost analysis.
- Emergency Response
- Respond to urgent issues and emergencies related to facility operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in facility management operations.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and vendor management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
