Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, financial, and strategic support to the MD. The role requires strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage confidential information, coordinate with multiple departments, and assist in financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper records.
2. Financial Management & Analysis
- Assist the MD in reviewing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams for financial updates.
3. Strategic & Business Coordination
- Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with MD’s directives.
- Track key business performance indicators and report to the MD.
- Follow up on action points from management meetings.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, and corporate governance requirements.
- Review contracts, agreements, and financial documents before submission to MD.
- Maintain records of important company documents and approvals.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, reports, and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial advisors when required.
6. Project & Business Support
- Assist in special projects, financial reviews, and strategic initiatives led by the MD.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and project progress.

Preferred Profile
- CA / CS / ICWA (Inter or Qualified)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in finance, corporate strategy, or executive support
- Experience working with senior management or directors
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate governance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
