Key Responsibilities
- Patient Reception & Hospitality
- Greet all patients and visitors warmly upon arrival
- Ensure a welcoming, calm, and professional environment in the waiting area
- Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage bookings via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person requests
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to manage daily schedules
- Patient Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
- Assist in collecting and entering data into digital records or clinic management software
- Billing & Payments
- Handle patient billing and process payments
- Maintain logs of daily collections and generate receipts
- Phone & Communication Handling
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage follow-up reminders and patient communications
- Daily Clinic Operations Support
- Ensuring that all clinic areas are clean, organized, and stocked
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and support staff as required
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain attendance records, supplies inventory, and daily checklists
- Assist with preparing basic reports or staff communication if required
- Patient Care Coordination
- Explain clinic policies, first-time visit protocols, and guide patients when needed
- Ensure smooth handover to therapists and support staff for each session
- Marketing & Engagement (Optional/If Applicable)
- Assist in updating appointments on digital platforms or handling basic Instagram/WhatsApp posts
- Collect testimonials and feedback forms from satisfied patients
- Marketing for in-clinic services
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
