We are seeking experienced and passionate Communicative English Trainers to join our team at DICE EDUCATION. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Design and deliver high-quality Communicative English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels
- Develop engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments to promote interactive learning
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and language development
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
*Requirements:*
- Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in teaching Communicative English to students of diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of language acquisition methodologies and curriculum design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment design
- Familiarity with educational software and online learning platforms
