Your Role
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
You will work closely with me in:
- editing reels & YouTube videos,
- creating viral short-form content,
- helping build page identity,
- social media growth,
- content execution,
- thumbnails,
- branding,
- trend research,
- and eventually helping scale the ecosystem.
Bonus if you understand:
- YouTube SEO,
- digital marketing,
- website management,
- audience retention,
- Gen-Z editing style,
- storytelling,
- creator branding psychology.

Currently this is NOT a fixed-salary corporate role.
This is for someone who:

- and is comfortable initially working in a growth/revenue-sharing based setup while we build audience and momentum.
I value loyalty, consistency, creativity, honesty, and long-term vision much more than flashy portfolios.
