Role Summary:
Own the end-to-end placement lifecycle by bridging trained talent with employer demand. This role focuses on driving hiring outcomes, strengthening employer partnerships, and ensuring learners are market-ready for successful job conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hiring Outcomes Ownership
- Drive consistent placement closures across assigned centres
- Ensure every job-ready learner is mapped to relevant opportunities
- Improve offer-to-joining ratios through active follow-ups
2. Candidate Readiness & Alignment
- Guide learners on job expectations, salary benchmarks, and roles
- Conduct interview readiness sessions and mock evaluations
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure industry alignment
3. Employer Partnerships
- Build a strong network of hiring partners across industries
- Understand workforce demand and hiring trends
- Act as a single point of contact for employers during hiring cycles
4. Placement Operations
- Manage interview pipelines from scheduling to onboarding
- Ensure accurate candidate-job matching
- Coordinate internally for smooth execution across teams
5. Performance Tracking & Process Excellence
- Track placement funnel metrics and identify drop-offs
- Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards
- Continuously optimize placement strategies for better outcomes

Experience Required:
- 4–10 years in recruitment / staffing / campus placements

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
