What You'll Do
- Edit provided raw footage into polished short-form videos — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts — with strong cuts, transitions, captions, color grading, and sound design.
- Generate high-quality AI videos using Google Flow and similar tools. This is a core requirement of the role, not optional. You must be able to produce professional, publish-ready AI-generated video content independently and consistently.
- Create high-quality graphic assets — promotional graphics, event flyers, story templates, menu visuals, campaign creatives, and branded posts — across multiple restaurant and hotel brands.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow/Veo, and others to enhance, speed up, and elevate the quality of your work.
- Maintain each brand's visual identity, tone, and style guidelines consistently across all output.
- Deliver all tasks on time as per the content calendar — deadlines are firm.
- Receive creative direction and feedback from the Social Media Manager and turn around revisions quickly and accurately.
- Be available for late-night calls, urgent edits, and last-minute deliverables outside standard hours as the business requires.
Required Tools — Proficiency in All of the Following is Mandatory
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma
- Google Flow (AI video generation)
Good to Have
- Prior experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle brand content.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook content formats.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality videos using Google Flow or equivalent AI video generation tools. This is a hard requirement.
- Hands-on proficiency in all six tools listed above.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content production and enhancement.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and simultaneous deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Full-time availability, on-site, Monday through Friday.
- Available for late-night work calls in line with business requirements.
- Basic English communication skills — written and verbal.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
