Oversees daily facility operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and strict safety compliance. Coordinating inbound/outbound logistics, optimizing storage layouts, and leading the team to meet performance targets.
Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Customer Requirement: Ensure the management of day to day timely deliveries to customer as per their requirement.
- Inventory Control: Track incoming (receiving) and outgoing (dispatch) material, perform physical counts, and reconcile data.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with manufacturing plant, transporters, and internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
- Team Management: Train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse employees. Assign daily tasks and maintain a highly motivated, productive workforce.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, such as proper lifting and safe material stacking. Maintain facility heigenic and clean.
- Space Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure warehouse layout promotes efficiency. Inspect machinery (e.g., pallet, jacks, etc) and arrange repairs when necessary.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance metrics (KPIs) regarding turnaround times, stock accuracy, material incoming & outgoing, etc.
Candidate must be nearby Hosur and must understand & speak Hindi, English & Local Language.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
