Role Summary
We are seeking an articulate, professionally presented front-counter associate to manage customer hospitality, point-of-sale billing, and primary client interactions. This role serves as the visible face of our counter operations, requiring impeccable presentation, calm authority under pressure, and high-energy customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome walk-in clients, contractors, and retail buyers with a polished, professional demeanor.
* Maintain composure and executive-level customer service during high-traffic counter hours.
* Ensure front-counter workspace, display units, and transaction stations adhere to clean, organized store presentation standards.
* Process computerized billing and sales vouchers accurately using counter software.
Candidate Requirements
* Presentation: High standard of personal grooming and professional front-desk business attire.
* Communication: Confident, polite, and persuasive communication skills in Tamil (functional English is an advantage).
* Temperament: Demonstrated ability to remain composed, diplomatic, and service-oriented during busy or high-friction situations.
* Background: Prior experience in hospitality, airline ground staff, customer relations, or front-desk retail is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong interpersonal presence are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹10,540.29 - ₹14,999.00 per month
