Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic Channel Sales Executives for field-based roles to drive partner acquisition and manage distribution sales for IT hardware products like Thin Clients and Mini PCs. Responsibilities include building SI/reseller ecosystems, pipeline management, sales forecasting, product presentations, partner enablement, and extensive field work involving travel within territories.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage channel partners to expand the partner ecosystem.
Handle distribution sales for IT hardware products, including Thin Clients, Mini PCs, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Manage SI/reseller networks, generate revenue, and conduct sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Deliver product presentations, partner training, and enablement sessions.
Conduct regular field visits to partners and resellers for relationship building, performance reviews, lead generation, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance through on-ground assessments during field work.
Field Work Expectations
Perform 70-80% field activities, including face-to-face meetings with partners, site visits, sales pitches, and territory coverage.
Travel extensively within assigned territory (daily/weekly as needed), manage travel logistics, and report field insights for strategy refinement.
Source new sales opportunities, resolve partner issues on-site, and attend trade events or customer demos in the field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong existing reseller/partner network and understanding of Thin Clients, Mini PCs, IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with proven field sales track record.
Willingness for extensive travel and field work within the territory.
