The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges proactively, and supports the delivery of contracted services with a focus on efficiency and quality. Collaboration with stakeholders and adapting to dynamic project environments are integral parts of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution.
- Continuously monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to promote project alignment.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

- Capability to work with large volumes of data and perform data cleansing and transformation.
