About the Role
We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can create engaging content, grow our online community, and strengthen our brand presence across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing monthly social media content calendars.
- Write compelling captions and collaborate with designers to create eye-catching creatives.
- Shoot and edit basic reels, videos, and stories for social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support branding and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
- Basic understanding of paid promotions and boosting posts is a plus.
- Photography or videography skills will be an added advantage.
