Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Support, Compliance, and Office Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting payroll processing, and maintaining smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and attendance regularization.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
Payroll Support
- Coordinate and support monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and support full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for compliance-related activities.
- Support compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support services.
- Manage office assets, stationery, and general administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and employee support services.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll support, and office administration.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
