Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility management operations, including cafeteria and workplace services.
- Oversee guest house and accommodation operations, ensuring service quality and regular inspections.
- Manage employee transportation services, including shuttle and cab operations.
- Coordinate company vehicle administration, vendor management, vehicle allocation, and invoice processing.
- Supervise courier, dispatch, and mailroom operations.
- Coordinate pest control and other facility maintenance activities.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless facility operations and SLA compliance.
- Support employee welfare and workplace engagement initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in facility and administrative processes.
Requisites
- Graduate degree; Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience in Facility Management and Administration.
- Knowledge of cafeteria, transportation, guest house, and vendor management.
- Strong vendor coordination and invoice management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Experience working in large corporate organizations is preferred.
