We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive professional to support the CEO and oversee daily operations. This role combines responsibilities of a Personal Assistant, Operations Supervisor, and Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant
- Manage the CEO's emails, calendar, meetings, and communications.
- Respond to emails and messages on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
Operations & Administration
- Monitor daily business operations and transactions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams.
- Prepare and share operational reports.
- Handle administrative and office-related activities.
- Track task completion and employee accountability.
Customer Support
- Support voice, chat, and email customer inquiries when needed.
- Monitor support team responsiveness and service quality.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Customer Support, or Executive Assistant roles.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹434,000.00 per year
