Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Sales Execution: Actively engage with potential and existing clients through both regular phone calls and in-person meetings to drive sales. You will be responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales and client retention targets.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring the prompt and effective resolution of any complaints or service issues to maintain strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Field Visits & Pipeline Management: Conduct 5-6 physical client meetings daily to understand their upcoming painting projects, discuss their paint requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Listen actively to understand each client's unique project needs, surface conditions, and budget. Then, confidently recommend the right paint products from the Prabhat Paints portfolio to ensure a perfect match.
- Systematic Follow-up & Closure: Implement a structured follow-up process with clients to ensure timely resolution of all sales and service matters, ensuring every lead is pursued and every deal is closed efficiently.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hunter Mentality: A genuine hunger for sales and the proven ability to apply effective sales techniques to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.
- Communication Prowess: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one local language (preferably Hindi or Marathi) to build rapport and articulate value.
- Negotiation Mastery: Sharp and effective negotiation skills to facilitate win-win outcomes and maximize revenue on every deal.
- Self-Management: Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workloads, and work independently without constant supervision.
- Operational Readiness: Must own a functional laptop for sales reporting, CRM updates, and client communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: You are a Graduate in any discipline. A Master’s Degree in Management (MBA) is a strong advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in paint sales (decorative or industrial) or any B2B/B2C field sales.
- OR, you are a Fresher with a Master's Degree in Management.
- A Diploma in Paint/Chemical Technology is highly preferred.
