Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities

Qualifications:
