About the Role
We are building “Becoming Trillionaire” – a real-life business and wealth-building series documenting entrepreneurship, AI, investments, execution, leadership, and scaling businesses.
We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager + Personal Assistant who will work closely with the founder, record daily activities, create content, and post consistently across all social media platforms.
This is a high-intensity execution role, ideal for someone ambitious, disciplined, and excited to learn directly from business-building.
Responsibilities
- Stay alongside founder from 7 AM to 7 PM
- Record meetings, site visits, travel, business operations, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Shoot, edit, and post content across:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)
- Facebook
- Create Reels, Shorts, Stories, and daily updates
- Maintain consistency in posting and content organization
- Assist with day-to-day coordination, reminders, and execution tasks
- Convert daily business activities into engaging content
Requirements
- Must own a good smartphone with a high-quality camera (mandatory)
- Must be comfortable recording videos throughout the day
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- High discipline, reliability, and willingness to work long hours
- Comfortable with travel and dynamic work environments
- Freshers with strong work ethic can apply
