We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Tele Sales Executive to join Vrinda Ayurveda. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our Ayurvedic treatments and products, converting leads into appointments or sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain Ayurvedic treatments, consultation services, and products clearly
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments or product orders
- Follow up with clients regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic team when required
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Interest in Ayurveda and natural healthcare
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 2-3 years Experience in sales is preferred
