Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support product research, market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive studies for our Ayurveda & Cosmetics product division. The candidate will play a key role in identifying market trends, product opportunities, herbal ingredients research, and consumer behavior analysis to support brand growth and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on Ayurveda, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, and personal care products
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, packaging, and marketing strategies
- Research herbal ingredients, formulations, consumer preferences, and industry trends
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and business insights for management
- Track emerging beauty and wellness trends across digital and e-commerce platforms
- Support product development and branding teams with research-based recommendations
- Collect and interpret customer feedback, reviews, and sales data
- Assist in identifying new product opportunities and growth strategies
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and online research tools
- Understanding of Ayurveda, cosmetics, skincare, and wellness industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Fresher to 4 years of experience can apply
- Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Healthcare, or Wellness industry will be an added advantage
