We’re expanding our team and looking for a *strong closer* to drive sales independently.
*� Role Overview*
Looking for a *high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive* who can:
- Handle digital leads
- Conduct site visits
- Convert prospects into bookings
- Close deals independently (₹30L+ ticket size)
*� Key Responsibilities*
- Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through OBD calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and digital campaigns
- Conduct compelling site visits at the Kadthal project and convert walk-ins into closures
- Present the project — location advantage, DTCP/RERA approvals, appreciation potential, and ROI — clearly and confidently
- Handle NRI and HNI buyer queries remotely via video calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up consistently with prospects using a structured pipeline approach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality from campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and deal stages in shared trackers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets independently
*� Must-Have*
- 3–7 yrs real estate sales (plots/villas/layouts)
- Proven closures ₹30–50L+
- Telugu + Hindi + English fluency
- DTCP & RERA knowledge
- Strong site visit presentation skills
*� Good to Have*
- NRI/HNI client handling
- Knowledge of Pharma City / Srisailam Highway / ORR belt
- CRM / AI lead tools experience
- Broker / channel partner network
*� Not Suitable If*
- Only rentals / leasing / apartment sales experience
- Depend only on walk-ins (no active follow-up)
- Cannot explain ROI/appreciation convincingly
*� Compensation*
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000
