As a senior branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business growth, profitability, and customer service of the branch. The role includes managing staff, achieving business targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve branch business goals, including loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, and revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor loan processing, collections, and recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff.
- Develop business through local marketing, networking, and customer acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on operational and administrative matters.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, banking, NBFC, finance, or a similar industry, with leadership experience.
Pay: ₹17,786.31 - ₹66,427.41 per month
