We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to promote and sell IT solutions and services to business clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B IT sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM or company systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business development initiatives when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in an IT Solutions, IT Services, System Integration, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Networking, or Software company is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to business customers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings is an advantage.
