Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, and visa services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- IATA certification or any Travel & Tourism qualification.
- Experience in travel sales is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications can apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
