Klipit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform transforming how businesses manage expenses, receipts, and financial workflows using OCR and automation. We work closely with finance teams to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in expense management.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Associate with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients to onboard them onto the Klipit platform, ensuring seamless adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients onto the Klipit platform.
- Understand client expense workflows, accounting processes, and reporting structures.
- Configure platform settings aligned with finance policies (approvals, categories, GST compliance, etc.).
- Train finance teams, employees, and stakeholders on product usage.
- Coordinate with internal product and tech teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- Ensure accurate data mapping with accounting tools like Tally, SAP, or other ERPs.
- Provide ongoing support during the initial adoption phase.
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes and efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in Finance / Accounting / Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA Finance, etc.).
- Strong understanding of expense management, GST, invoice validation, and basic accounting principles (P&L, ledgers, reconciliation).
- Familiarity with tools like Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with technology and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex financial processes for users.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in SaaS onboarding or customer success.
- Exposure to expense management or fintech platforms.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
