Career Launcher – South Ex is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in the education or coaching sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on product knowledge of MBA, LAW, CUET, and IPMAT programs, and a proven ability to drive enrollments, manage student conversions, and build long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand the student decision-making journey, are confident in counselling, and can independently manage sales targets while contributing to centre growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify local business development opportunities (schools, colleges, seminars, events)
- Support centre-level marketing initiatives and outreach activities
- Provide market feedback on student preferences, competition, and pricing
Reporting & Process Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track individual performance metrics and funnel movement
- Follow organizational sales processes and ethical counselling practices
- Assist centre head in planning sales strategies and growth initiatives
- Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and student preferences
- Build long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleges
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure student satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Education, EdTech, Coaching preferred)
- Product knowledge of MBA, CLAT, CUET & IPMAT courses (Preferable)
- Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong closure ability
- Comfortable with CRM systems, lead management tools, and MS Office
Preferred
- Prior experience with EdTech coaching institutes
- Experience in handling high-value education sales
- Local market knowledge of South Delhi / NCR

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
