About The Role:
As we scale our Enterprise motion, we’re looking for a specialist who can crack net-new strategic accounts and land first meetings with Group CHROs, CXOs, and transformation leaders.
This is not a volume outbound role; It’s a strategic account-opening role!!!
You’ll identify the right accounts, map complex stakeholder networks, run multi-threaded outreach, leverage AI and research tools intelligently, and create opportunities that most teams assume are impossible
What’s Expected of You:
You’ll build your own pipeline.
You’ll use AI, deep research, LinkedIn, executive referrals, and creative outbound plays to identify and engage decision-makers.
You’ll think less about “cadence completion” and more about account penetration.
One week, you might build a stakeholder map across a large conglomerate. Another week, you might orchestrate a multi-threaded approach across HR, IT, and business leadership to land a single strategic meeting.
When the door opens, you hand the opportunity to the enterprise sales team and move on to the next account

What we’re looking for:
- 5 to 10yrs years in B2B SaaS in the inside sales function/SDR.

Proven experience opening net-new enterprise or conglomerate accounts

Strong track record of reaching senior decision-makers and creating first meetings

Enterprise SaaS background preferred; HCM/HR Tech ideal

Experience with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise ecosystems is a plus
