We are looking for an experienced and responsible VAM / Chiller / Package AC Operator for operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of HVAC systems at industrial/commercial sites. Candidate should have hands-on experience in operating Vapor Absorption Machines (VAM), Chillers, Package AC Units, AHUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and HVAC utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operation and monitoring of VAM, Chillers, Package AC units, AHUs, and ventilation systems
- Record operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, current, and performance logs
- Identify abnormalities and carry out basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Ensure smooth HVAC operation and maintain required temperature conditions
- Monitor chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and related equipment
- Follow safety procedures and site SOPs
- Maintain logbooks and daily reporting
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or relevant field
- 3 to 5+ years experience in HVAC operation
- Experience in VAM / Chiller / Package AC systems preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and industrial utility systems
- Ability to work in shifts
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical panels and controls
- Experience at industrial plants/refineries/chemical sites preferred
- Good discipline and safety awareness
