Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will be responsible for managing and owning builder accounts post onboarding, ensuring seamless coordination between builders and internal teams across Marketing, Sales, and CRM functions. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact (POC) for all builder-related communication internally, ensuring timely execution, clarity, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Onboarding & Coordination

Take over builder accounts from the Business Development team post agreement signing

Schedule and manage onboarding workshops with builders and internal teams

Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to execution
Data & Documentation Management

Coordinate with builders to collect all required project data including:
-
Marketing assets and inputs
-
Sales details and inventory information
-
CRM requirements
-
Legal/due diligence documents and agreements
-
Ensure internal teams receive complete and accurate information to initiate campaigns and sales activities
Internal Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary POC between builders and internal teams (Marketing, Sales, CRM)

Handhold internal teams until all required inputs are received and understood

Provide ongoing clarifications and resolve queries to ensure uninterrupted execution
Performance Reviews & Reporting

Schedule and lead regular review meetings with builders

Present progress and performance updates across departments

Ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines
Relationship Management & Growth

Own and nurture builder relationships throughout the lifecycle

Manage both new and existing accounts effectively

Identify opportunities to:

Cross-sell additional services
-
Upsell offerings
-
Generate referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience either in Real Estate, Account management, IPC’s, Builders or other real estate services.

Understanding of real estate project lifecycle, sales, and marketing processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams

Language Requirements:
