About Us
We are an early-stage beauty startup founded by students with a long-term vision of building a trusted beauty brand.
Instead of only creating promotional content, we're building a founder-led brand. We want to document our entire journey—from researching the beauty industry, learning from experts, validating ideas, arranging funds, facing challenges, making mistakes, and eventually launching our own beauty brand.
Our goal is to build a genuine community that grows with us. Over the next 3–4 months, we plan to launch our first beauty brand, and we want our audience to feel like they've been part of the journey from day one.
What You'll Do
- Create a content strategy centered around founder storytelling and building in public.
- Help us decide what content we should post to educate, inspire, and grow our Instagram community.
- Research beauty industry trends, founder branding, and viral content formats.
- Suggest content pillars, storytelling angles, and content series.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Help build a community that trusts our founders before our products launch.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Understands founder branding and personal branding.
- Knows how to build communities through storytelling rather than just promotional content.
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content.
- Is creative, curious, and enjoys researching trends.
- Can think strategically about long-term brand growth.

Compensation
As a student-led startup, we're currently operating with limited resources, so the initial stipend is modest. However, we believe in growing together. As our community and company grow, your responsibilities and compensation will grow with them.
