Netware is a Banking Software Development Company for Co operative society software.
We are looking for a Python Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience with Python frameworks, and a solid understanding of databases and cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based backend services
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Integrate applications with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussion
HRMS Software Development at least 6 years mandatory experience under domain (Central Govt. rules):
1. Payroll
2. Service Book
3. Pension
4. Leave & Attendance
5. Transfer & Promotion
6. Employee Self Service Portal
7. PF, GPF, NPS
8. PF Loan
9. TDS calculation
10. Form-16 (part A + B)
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with FastAPI
- Good understanding of REST APIs
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB preferred)
- Familiarity with ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM)
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Knowledge of unit testing (PyTest, unittest)
Need to have good skill with PL SQL as well.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
