**Job description:
- Lead Generation & Bidding: Actively browse and bid on projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Proposal Writing: Craft highly personalized, professional, and winning proposals that address the client's specific pain points and requirements.
- Client Communication: Handle the end-to-end communication cycle, from initial inquiry and requirement gathering to closing the deal.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through the acquisition of new domestic and international projects.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging technologies to refine bidding strategies.
**Experience: minimum 6months of experience specifically in online bidding for ITservices.
**Shift Type: Flxible(Morning/Afternoon/Night).
**5days working.
