Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise projects.
- Mentor and guide Full Stack development teams on architecture and best practices.
- Review technical designs, architecture, and code to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct architecture discussions, technical workshops, and client presentations.
- Identify project risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Drive cloud-native development, DevOps automation, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.
- Lead production issue analysis, debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and SRE practices for enterprise applications.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Hands-on experience in production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with end-to-end ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of resiliency, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
- Experience implementing DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
