We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Administrator to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities Reception Duties
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage visitor logs and maintain security procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
Maintain office records, databases, and administrative files.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with service providers.
Customer Service & Communication
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide information regarding services offered
Assist management and staff with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure timely communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or office administrator preferred.
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
