- Guest Experience Management: Greet guests, handle special requests, and oversee the overall dining experience.
- Complaint Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- VIP & Loyalty Management: Maintain relationships with regular patrons and manage VIP bookings.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow, particularly during peak hours.
- Feedback Collection: Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and maintain a daily logbook.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (often 3+ years) in hospitality guest relations or a similar role.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
