Qualification
- ITI in Electronics OR
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation from a recognized Institution
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with relevant field/service experience can apply
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of electronics and basic electrical systems
- Ability to understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (100% field role)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and field practices
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of electronic systems at customer sites
- Diagnosing faults and performing timely repairs to ensure minimal downtime
- Conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule
- Providing on-site technical support and resolving customer complaints
- Coordinating with the service team and reporting daily field activities
- Maintaining service records, job cards, and service reports
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards
Travel Requirement
- 100% travel required across Jharkhand and nearby regions
- Candidate must be flexible and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
