Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they walk into the showroom and figure out what kind of car they need.
- Explain car features, safety ratings, and new technology to buyers.
- Set up and manage test drives so customers can try out the vehicles.
- Talk over prices, trade-ins, financing options, insurance, and extra accessories to close the sale.
- Keep track of customer details and follow up using the company database.
