Job Description
The Design Algo Firm is looking for a structured, confident, and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive our domestic and international business development activities.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who can independently research potential clients, build professional relationships, conduct offline sales activities, generate business opportunities, and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for international prospecting.
This is not a telecalling-only position.
We are looking for a professional who understands structured sales, prospecting, relationship building, consistent follow-ups, CRM management, and target-based working.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through offline sales and field networking in Moradabad and nearby cities.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, property dealers, developers, business owners, hotel and resort owners, institutional decision-makers, and other relevant business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and generate international business prospects.
- Identify founders, business owners, developers, real estate professionals, and key decision-makers in targeted international markets.
- Conduct professional LinkedIn, email, and business outreach.
- Communicate professionally with domestic and international prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings and consultations for architecture, interior design, project management, and turnkey execution services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure no qualified business opportunity is missed.
- Maintain a structured CRM, lead pipeline, prospect database, and follow-up system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Founder and internal team for qualified and high-value business opportunities.
- Work towards defined weekly and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of any additional foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Strong research and decision-maker identification skills.
- Comfortable with offline meetings, networking, and field sales.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to maintain CRM and structured sales reports.
- Target-oriented, organised, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development activities.
