Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in SPM machine design and the ability to handle and coordinate with a small design team. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in machine design and be capable of managing design activities effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Fixtures, and Jigs.
- Create 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare BOMs and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with production, assembly, and machine shop teams.
- Review customer requirements and develop machine concepts.
- Support machine assembly, trials, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Implement design modifications and continuous improvements.
- Assist in guiding junior team members and coordinating design activities.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
