Role Overview
As Deputy Manager – Offline Store Growth, you will be responsible for driving growth across Ugaoo’s offline retail network nationwide. The role focuses on improving store discovery, increasing footfall, and building scalable offline marketing and partnership initiatives across cities.
You will work closely with retail operations, marketing, and city teams to ensure stores operate as high-engagement brand destinations and strong revenue channels.

Drive the offline growth roadmap for Ugaoo retail stores across India

Identify opportunities to improve store footfall, customer acquisition, and store productivity

Build scalable frameworks for store-level marketing and customer engagement initiatives

Plan and execute large-scale offline marketing initiatives across multiple cities

Develop scalable activation formats such as workshops, community events, society activities, and brand collaborations

Collaborate with central marketing teams to roll out national campaigns across retail stores

Ensure strong in-store brand visibility and effective campaign execution

Maintain consistency in visual merchandising and store communication across locations

Build partnerships with residential communities, corporates, institutions, and local collaborators

Use catchment insights to drive new customer acquisition channels for stores

Strengthen community-led brand engagement programs around stores

Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, and offline campaign execution across cities

Optimize offline marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization

Ensure quality and timelines for all store-level executions

Track store-level metrics such as footfall, walk-ins, conversion, and campaign ROI

Develop reporting dashboards and performance insights for leadership review

Identify high-performing initiatives and scale them across markets

Work closely with retail operations, city managers, and marketing teams

Support store teams with marketing initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion

6–8 years of experience in retail growth, offline marketing, or multi-city retail operations

Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple store locations or cities

Strong understanding of offline customer acquisition and store footfall drivers

Ability to plan and execute large-scale offline campaigns and activations
-
Strong analytical mindset with ability to track store performance and campaign ROI

Experience working with cross-functional teams such as retail operations, marketing, and vendors

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfortable with travel and managing initiatives across multiple cities
