nside Sales Executive – Talent Solutions
About the Role
Vantrix is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition for our Talent Solutions business. You’ll engage with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business decision-makers, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify leads for IT Staffing & Talent Solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the leadership team with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities.
- Consistently achieve outreach and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with senior professionals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in B2B sales.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or IT services is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,249.78 - ₹40,159.49 per month
