Summary:-
Klove Studio is looking for a highly energetic, detail-oriented, and aesthetically driven Marketing Coordinator who can support the day-to-day execution of marketing, branding, events, client engagement, photoshoots, installations, collaborations, and studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational responsibilities, is comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and can independently manage on-ground coordination and follow-through.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, vendors, printers, and media partners.
- Support social media content planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communication.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Research industry trends, competitors, luxury brands, design trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Assist in preparation of presentations, proposals, brochures, and marketing materials.
Photoshoots & Content Creation
- Coordinate product, interior, installation, and campaign photoshoots.
- Arrange props, styling elements, logistics, and shoot schedules.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and creative teams.
- Ensure all products and spaces are prepared and presented to the highest visual standards.
- Assist in creating behind-the-scenes and project documentation content.
Events, Exhibitions & Installations
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, design events, and brand activations.
- Manage vendor communication and event logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of display materials, products, and branding assets.
- Assist with installation coordination and on-site execution.
- Handle last-minute requirements efficiently and professionally.
Client & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate meetings with architects, interior designers, consultants, media, and collaborators.
- Follow up on pending actions, approvals, samples, and marketing requirements.
- Maintain records of contacts, partnerships, and ongoing collaborations.
- Support relationship-building initiatives with key stakeholders.
Studio & Operational Support
- Handle various on-ground coordination and execution tasks as required.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate courier shipments, sample dispatches, vendor visits, and project-related logistics.
- Assist senior management with special projects and time-sensitive assignments.
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems.
Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on luxury design, architecture, lighting, hospitality, art, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with designers, architects, hotels, galleries, and brands.
- Conduct market research and prepare concise reports and recommendations.
Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand coordination, design industry, luxury products, architecture, interiors, fashion, lifestyle, art, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
- High level of ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
