Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive who is passionate about meeting clients, generating business opportunities, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel, client meetings, and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and industrial sites to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
- Keep records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1+ year of experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred.
- Candidates with a technical background will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and services.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technology sales is an advantage.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
