Secretary/Executive Assistant – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare, draft, and maintain letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and company documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Receive visitors and ensure a professional front-office experience.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Support HR and administration with documentation, employee records, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth communication between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

ducational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration, Secretarial Practice, or Executive Assistance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred.
Salary
- Fresher: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- 2–5 years' experience: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Shift Timings
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
- Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when required to support senior management or business meetings.

- Managing Director / CEO / Director / Senior Management
Employment Type
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
