1. Customer meetings to understand the requirements
2. Site Survey for designing of HVAC Systems and understanding the customer requirements.
3. Heat Load of sites.
4. Selection of HVAC System as per heat load.
5. Project Costing and estimation.
6. Preparing Techno-commercial offers and submission to customer.
7. Negotiation with customers
8. Handling customer objection.
9. Designing of HVAC System as per heat load.
10. Making Auto-Cad drawings as per Company Standard (with proper Lagend and Title Block).
11. Measurement of material to be ordered in coordination with site Engineer.
12. Supporting site Engineer at the back end.
13. Continuously learning new technologies in HVAC Systems and updating the team about that.
14. Coordinating with customer/ Architects for approval of HVAC system and drawings
15. Supporting sales department with presales designing and drawings.
16. Learning and implementing of new software of HVAC designing.
17. Record keeping of HVAC drawings of customers
18. Doing all the processes required to be done in ERP
19. Maintaining the hardware of design department like A3 printer etc.
20. Properly handlining and maintaining of hand books.
21. Customer meeting with project teams during the execution of project.
22. Site audits during project execution to ensure the execution is done as per the design and drawings provided the design department
23. Submission of Daily work Report.
24. As Built drawings after the execution of project.
25. Site measurement of material at site with customer.
26. Making Measurement sheets of sites.
27. Material IR to be raised in ERP to Purchase department.
28. Coordination with Purchase department for timely delivery of material.
29. Submission of site work in progress material report in coordination with Project engineer.
30. Generation of enquiries from existing customers and architects.
31. Ensuring the min 10% profitability of projects.
32. Maintaining all sales and design related documents like catalogues and brochures etc.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
