Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive with 5–7 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, purchase planning, and inventory control. Candidates must have worked in manufacturing companies in their last two organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, and production-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier documentation, and procurement reports.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, shortages, and delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Work towards cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in the Purchase/Procurement function.
- Industry: Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Employment History: The candidate's last two employers must be manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor development, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar) is preferred.

- Candidates living within 15 km of the job location.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
