VMC Operator
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: SONIPAT
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operations
● Operate 3- Axis, 5-Axis VMC DMG MORI OR ANY OTHER MACHINE efficiently.
● Handle machine functions including:
○ Program running (PROB)
○ Offset setting (OTS)
○ Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)
● Perform machine setup, job loading, and alignment.
● Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments.
Tooling & Parameters
● Select and install appropriate cutting tools.
● Set and adjust machining parameters:
○ Tool offsets and machine settings
● Monitor tool performance and replace worn tools.
Maintenance & Safety
● Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
● Follow 5S standards and shop floor discipline.
● Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
● ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
● Relevant CNC/VMC certification
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
