Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to post-stay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest communication, ensuring smooth bookings, addressing concerns, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Assist guests with booking confirmations, modifications, and special requests.
Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure a seamless guest journey before, during, and after their stay.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat bookings.
Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs.
Collect guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, Front Office, or Travel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Preferred Candidates
Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism graduates.
Experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, travel companies, or customer support roles is preferred.
